The Elaine Arsenault Fund

Operated as a registered, charitable non-profit society.
Evangeline Mental Wellness Hub is overseen by the Board of Directors of Evangeline Recreation Society (ERS). After several ‘fits and starts’ the society was formally incorporated in 1990.
During the 30- plus years of operation the Club (Hub) has operated out of four different locations. In 2013 it found a permanent home in Berwick, purchasing and renovating a former church to create a warm and comfortable clubhouse.
